Yes, you can change up the way you consume your morning cup of joe by adding fantastic ingredients that are good for you and taste great. Fortunately, this mix does more than wake you up with ingredients that improve blood circulation, slow down the aging process, and promote healthy hair, skin and nail growth.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
A shot of espresso (medium blend)
1 tsp. of cinnamon
Dash of cardamom spice
1 tbsp. of coconut oil or butter
1 tbsp. of cordyceps powder
1 to 2 tsp of coconut sugar
Instructions:
Fill a cup with warmed hemp milk (or an alternative milk of your choosing) and add a shot of espresso.
Next, add cinnamon and cardamom spice (be cautious when adding this, as it has a distinct taste).
Then, add coconut oil or butter and cordyceps powder.
If you’d like a sweeter taste, add coconut sugar.
Sit back, sip and enjoy.
